Early Work - Journey into Photographic Art

Believing in magic is one of the greatest things about being young and creating composite artworks has given me a tangible way of capturing the magic and imagination of childhood and really enhances the storytelling of photography. The possibilities are limitless! Kids especially love seeing themselves in an amazing fantasy scene and they make great artworks for their bedroom walls. To understand how these are created, basically an idea for an image is formed, photos of the subject are taken or sourced, they are layered together, like a collage, and then blended together with effects to make them appear realistic.
